Gabriel, originally from Brazil, boasts a rich musical journey spanning over 13 years as a Music Minister and Choir Director. After leading the True Vine Gospel Choir in Brazil for four years, he, along with his wife Carolina, moved to the U.S. in 2007.
Notably, in 2015, Gabriel and the CFMC were honored with an award for “Extraordinary Community Services” from the organizations “FORNJ” and “CARE” ministries.
Biography
Born in Brazil, Gabriel has been serving as Music Minister/Choir Director approximately 13 years. He directed the True Vine Gospel Choir, in Brazil for four years, before coming to the U.S.in 2007, with his wife Carolina. In 2008, Gabriel began his tenure as Music Minister at the Community Baptist Church of Somerset, NJ. In 2013, He founded the Community Fellowship Mass Choir, which started as a celebration of the Community Baptist Church’s True Light Choir anniversary and later a community choir with the mission of helping our community, international missions and charitable organizations. Gabriel is a professional drummer/percussionist, who has worked in many productions, recordings, TV shows and events, as musician, producer and/or director, prior to starting his ministerial life. On 2015 Gabriel and the CFMC received an award for “Extraordinary Community Services” by the organizations “FORNJ” and “CARE”ministries.
Gabriel has ministered seminars and workshops on Gospel music and worship locally and overseas.
